Great quality room, excellent cleanliness. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfasts. Spacious and clean swimming pool. Great location next to Icon mall. Big and comfortable president suite room.

I had an amazing stay here! The spacious room was great for my family and the big and clean swimming pool was a hit with us. We enjoyed the excellent location next to a mall, providing us with plenty of things to do. The staff members were friendly and provided great customer service. Every morning, I found the breakfast menu interesting and delicious.
Cannot find any fault.

During my recent business trip, I found two things about my stay that impressed me. Firstly, the complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling, which was great to get me energized for my long workday. Secondly, the location was perfect for me as it was conveniently placed near the shopping center and other restaurants that I enjoyed during my stay. Plus, the nearby transport links easily got me where I needed to go.
I have to say that the worst aspect of my stay was the air conditioning in my room. It was either too cold or not cold at all, making it difficult to find a comfortable temperature and to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting frequently, making it challenging for me to get my work done. these issues made my stay less enjoyable and impacted my ability to focus on my work during the trip.

The swimming pool was really nice and clean, perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day. the breakfast selection was good with interesting and delicious options to choose from. It was also great that the hotel was located near a mall, which made shopping and dining out very convenient.
It was frustrating trying to stay connected, and we were often disconnected from our devices.
